Bradley Gee, New CEO of Z Towers Ltd.
Bradley Graham Gee was born in Ipswich City (Queensland), Australia, January 31, 1955. He attended the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, and graduated in 1986 with MBA diploma.
Initially recruited to Jones Lang Lasalle in 1985, Brad was quickly appointed senior property manager with Australia wide responsibilities in conjunction with being senior mentor to the junior level property staff.
Brad’s success with these responsibilities led to other challenges being offered throughout Australia and Brad became known within the company for his all around abilities and was targeted to take on troubled assignments. Brads success, he believes is related to a number of factors, but primarily his ability to work with people. Brad is well respected within the property industry. This reputation is driven by his abilities and desire for success through working with people for the better of all concerned.
In 1988 Brad was awarded by Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Australia, as Marketing Globe Award winner.
During his various appointments Brad took on the multiple roles of development, leasing, property management and promotions management. This was a challenge which he enjoyed enormously. In 1996, Brad joined the company in Indonesia in the role of Property Division Manager. He enjoyed a challenging two years in Indonesia before being invited to take up the role of Head of Property for the company in the Philippines. This was the beginning of a further rewarding five and a half years with the company, during which time he managed the set up and implementation phases of a 1. 4 million sq feet commercial landmark building “The Enterprise Centre” and continued on as its general manager as well as held the duel responsibility of managing the JLL property management department’s portfolio of managed investment properties. Appointed a Director of the company within 12 months, his role subsequently expanded to management of the Property, Facilities and Residential Departments in an Asia wide capacity.
After spending some 12 months in Taiwan heading up the property management wing of Taipei 101. Brad located to Dubai in 2005 as Chief Property Officer for Dubai’s largest international property investment firm. He had various responsibilities in property development, sales and leasing and property management for mixed use projects in value ranging from$ 250 mil USD to billion USD. This role was a global responsibility with projects from Asia to the Middle East, Europe and North Africa. After 2 years in this exciting & dynamic role Brad has now joined S.P.I. Group as Chief Property Officer with the initial task being the development of Z Towers Latvia which is the company’s premier project.
Brad has enjoyed over 22 successful years in the property industry in senior roles with global responsibilities.
Brad holds membership in numerous public organizations, including Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Australia, as Director and Property Council Asia.
Besides English, which is Brad’s native language, he fluently speaks Tagalog (Philippines) and Bahasa Indonesian.
Brad considers fishing as one of his favourite leisure activities. Brad currently devotes all his free time to the upbringing of his son, Kaiden Jonrik, who is 3 years old.
