Z Towers with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. announce Sheraton hotel opening in Riga in 2010

On 30-th August, 2007, in Riga City Hall’s premises, Z Towers with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. have announced the signing of the Sheraton Riga Hotel, Latvia, a new build 312 plus room property, which will open in early 2010. The hotel will form part of ‘Z Towers’, two high-rise towers development, of which one will be the Sheraton hotel.

The Hotel will offer guests a 725sqm spa and health club, including 12 treatment rooms and a swimming pool on the top floors of the hotel, offering panoramic views of Riga; an all-day dining restaurant, two specialty restaurants and a café; a lounge bar and pub. The hotel will also have a gift shop and access to 800 parking spaces as part of the complex development. Business, conference and events guests will be able to make use of the business centre and 1,738sqm of meeting and banqueting space, including a 800sqm ballroom.
